I provide clinical supervision to mental health professionals in need of supervision hours for licensure. as well as those who are interested in learning how to implement Dialectical Behavior Therapy or Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into their practice.
As a provider of parent coaching for over 10 years, I can help parents or other caretakers learn the skills needed to effectively manage the behaviors and emotions of children and adolescents. You are the expert on your child or teen. I know how people learn (and unlearn) behaviors. Together we can figure out a plan to bring peace back into your home.
If you are considering Hormone Replacement Therapy or other gender-affirming care, I can discuss the risks and benefits, offer an evaluation, and (if appropriate) provide a letter of support, consistent with WPATH Standards of Care.
